Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tgbusinesshub service processes information when users register, sign in, and use tools for Telegram marketing, accounts, audiences, proxies, tasks, and subscriptions.
By using Tgbusinesshub, the user agrees to this Policy and to the service terms. If the user does not agree with these terms, the user must stop using Tgbusinesshub.
1. Data We Process
Tgbusinesshub processes only the data needed for the service to work:
- registration data: email address, username, email verification status, Telegram and Google identifiers when these sign-in methods are used or connected;
- session data: refresh tokens, technical device details, IP address, sign-in time, and account activity time;
- Telegram account data added by the user: phone number, username, first name, last name, profile description, avatar, account status, encrypted session, API ID, and API hash if provided by the user;
- proxy data: protocol, host, port, username, encrypted password, country, check status, latency, and technical connection errors;
- audience and task data: source links, Telegram IDs, access hashes, usernames, names, parsing results, inviting results, masslooking results, story tagging results, and other actions launched by the user;
- content uploaded or entered by the user: texts, files, images, archives, channel descriptions, campaign parameters, and task settings;
- subscription data: plan, access end date, balance, payment status history, and support requests about plan activation or renewal;
- technical data: cookies, error logs, security events, limit information, notifications, and actions in the user account.
2. Purposes of Processing
Data is used for the following purposes:
- registration, sign-in, account recovery, and maintaining the user session;
- providing access to Tgbusinesshub features and checking limits of the selected plan;
- performing actions launched by the user, including Telegram account management, audience parsing, inviting, masslooking, story tagging, proxy connection, and other product workflows;
- sending system notifications, support replies, and task status messages;
- maintaining security, preventing abuse, and investigating errors;
- tracking subscriptions, limits, payments, and plan-related support requests;
- improving service stability, performance, and quality.
3. Cookies and Technical Tools
Tgbusinesshub uses technical cookies, session tokens, and similar tools for authentication, request protection, sign-in state, and correct operation of the user account. This data is not used to sell user information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
Tgbusinesshub does not sell users' personal data. Data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the service, perform user actions, or comply with legal requirements.
Such recipients may include:
- Telegram and related interfaces when the user launches actions through their accounts;
- Google and Telegram when the corresponding sign-in methods are used;
- hosting, database, email delivery, monitoring, and technical support providers;
- payment or settlement services if the user pays for a subscription or arranges plan activation through support;
- government authorities in cases required by applicable law.
Full bank card details and other payment data entered on a payment provider's side should not be transferred to Tgbusinesshub in full and are processed by that provider under its own rules.
5. Information Security
Tgbusinesshub applies organizational and technical safeguards: encrypted storage of sensitive data, hashing of passwords and tokens, access restrictions, logging of important events, authorization checks, and session controls.
The user is responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the correctness of added Telegram accounts, proxies, audience sources, and content. Tgbusinesshub is not responsible for consequences of sharing access with third parties, violations of Telegram rules, the user's own actions, or circumstances outside the service's reasonable control.
6. Storage and Deletion
Data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill obligations to the user, maintain security, track subscriptions, and comply with legal requirements.
When an account or a separate object is deleted, some data may remain in backups, security logs, and accounting records for the period needed for technical recovery, incident investigation, or legal obligations.
7. User Rights
The user may request:
- information about their data processed by Tgbusinesshub;
- correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
- deletion of the account, added Telegram accounts, proxies, audiences, tasks, or content;
- restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, the user may contact support through the channels listed on the website, in the user account, or in the official Tgbusinesshub Telegram channel.
8. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Tgbusinesshub interface may contain links to Telegram, Google, payment pages, documentation, or other external resources. Tgbusinesshub does not control data processing rules on these resources. The user should review the privacy policies of the corresponding third parties.
9. Policy Changes
Tgbusinesshub may update this Policy when service functionality, security requirements, law, or data processing operations change. The new version is published on this page. Continued use of the service after publication means the user agrees to the updated version.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory applicable legal rules require otherwise.
