Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Tgbusinesshub service and its functionality: the user account, Telegram account management, proxies, audiences, tasks, analytics, subscriptions, and related Telegram marketing tools.

By registering or continuing to use Tgbusinesshub, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and the service Privacy Policy.

1. Terms and Service Status

Tgbusinesshub provides software access to automation, tracking, and analytics tools for working with Telegram. All rights to the interface, source code, design, databases, documentation, texts, and other service materials belong to the Tgbusinesshub Administration or are used by it on lawful grounds.

The service is provided as is. The Administration does not guarantee that the functionality will meet all user expectations or be available continuously, without errors, or without limitations from Telegram, communication providers, hosting providers, payment services, and other external systems.

2. Registration and Account

To use the user account, the user registers or signs in through available methods, including email, Google, or Telegram. The user must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

• The user is responsible for the security of logins, passwords, sessions, and access devices.
• Transferring a Tgbusinesshub account to third parties is prohibited without the Administration's consent.
• Creating multiple accounts by one person to bypass limits, plans, trial periods, or blocks is prohibited.
• If the rules are violated, the Administration may restrict access, block, or delete the account without prior notice.

3. Telegram Accounts and User Data

The user independently adds Telegram accounts, proxies, audience sources, files, texts, images, task parameters, and other data to Tgbusinesshub. The user confirms that they have lawful rights to use such data and accounts.

The user understands that actions with Telegram accounts may depend on Telegram rules, account condition, limits, anti-spam mechanisms, proxies, source quality, and the user's own behavior. Tgbusinesshub does not guarantee absence of blocks, restrictions, authorization errors, limits, loss of access to Telegram accounts, or other consequences related to external services.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use Tgbusinesshub only in lawful ways and not to perform actions that:

• violate the laws of the Russian Federation or other applicable legal rules;
• violate third-party rights, including rights to personal data, content, and correspondence;
• involve spam, fraud, phishing, malicious links, or deception of users;
• aim to bypass restrictions, hack, overload, scan, or disrupt Tgbusinesshub;
• use stolen accounts, improperly purchased accounts, or unlawfully obtained databases;
• may create claims, blocks, sanctions, or technical risks for Tgbusinesshub and other users.

If complaints, claims, third-party notices, signs of abuse, or service risks are received, the Administration may pause tasks, restrict individual features, block the account, or delete user data.

5. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payment

Access to individual Tgbusinesshub features may depend on the plan, subscription status, trial period, account limits, and other restrictions. Plan contents, prices, validity periods, limits, and available modules are published on the website, in the user account, or communicated through support.

• The Administration may change prices, plans, limits, and service terms.
• Subscription activation and renewal may be handled through support if automatic payment is temporarily unavailable.
• After the subscription ends, creating, launching, resuming, or changing tasks and other paid features may be restricted until access is renewed.
• Funds credited to the balance or paid for a provided access period are not refunded unless otherwise agreed with the Administration or required by law.

To evaluate the service before payment, the user may receive a trial period or limited free access. A trial period does not mean the Administration must provide it again or keep previous terms.

6. Availability and Service Changes

The Administration may change the interface, functionality, technical restrictions, plans, access rules, and module composition of Tgbusinesshub. Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, incidents, external service limitations, or security requirements.

If the service is completely unavailable for more than 8 consecutive hours for a reason attributable to Tgbusinesshub, the user may contact support to request review of access period extension. This extension does not apply to failures of Telegram, proxies, user devices, internet providers, payment services, or other external systems.

7. Liability

The user uses Tgbusinesshub at their own risk and is independently responsible for the legality of campaigns, data sources, messages, content, task settings, added accounts, and proxies.

The Administration is not liable for lost profits, loss or distortion of data, Telegram account blocks, Telegram restrictions, proxy errors, actions of third parties, incorrect user settings, or the user's violation of law or external platform rules.

8. Personal Data and Cookies

Tgbusinesshub processes personal data, technical data, cookies, and user content in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the /privacy page. Registration and use of the service mean the user agrees to such processing to the extent necessary for Tgbusinesshub operation.

9. Support and Notifications

The user may contact support through the channels listed on the website, in the user account, or in official Tgbusinesshub Telegram contacts. The Administration may send notifications about tasks, subscriptions, security, service changes, and support replies through the Tgbusinesshub interface, email, or Telegram.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Administration may change these Terms unilaterally. The updated version is published on this page. Continued use of Tgbusinesshub after publication means the user agrees to the new version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory applicable legal rules require otherwise. Disputes and claims should, where possible, be resolved through negotiation with Tgbusinesshub support.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, the user must stop using the service.
