Account Management: Telegram Growth Guide
How to use categories, statuses, bulk actions, and logs to keep your account base organized.
The accounts section keeps your working pool organized: statuses, categories, bulk actions, logs, and verification codes all live in one place.
Organize accounts
Categories make it easier to distribute load across tasks. Create categories by campaign, source, or account quality instead of selecting every account manually.
- Assign categories immediately after import.
- Use bulk category changes for large batches.
- Keep separate categories for test, new, and primary accounts.
Watch statuses
Status tells you whether an account can be used in tasks. Authorization issues, restrictions, and proxy problems should be handled before launching a campaign.
- Review accounts with error statuses before retrying tasks.
- Use account logs to understand the latest failure reason.
- Request restriction removal only for accounts that are eligible.
Use bulk actions carefully
Bulk actions save time but need attention. Before deleting, changing proxies, or editing a large group, double-check the selected rows.
- Use filters before selecting accounts in bulk.
- Do not run the same account group in several active tasks.
- Check verification codes only for accounts where a code is expected.
